Based on the colors in your screen dump it seems like you have busybox in your path already. Are you sure you need to add it?

Gotcha. Then I'd try adding a copy of my /system/init.rc

Almost forgot, if you create this file under windows make sure you 'dos2unix' it to deal with cr,lf vs. lf issues.

dos2unix /system/init.rc

Does your /init.rc point to /system/init.rc somewhere in the file?
