That's correct both use the same ext2 space, but I don't really see that as much of an issue. The apps aren't ever going to take up that much space compared to Debian. Ext3? Maybe; but then there aren't any easy to use guides for that so someone will have to blaze the trail...

how important is it to run /scripts/onetime.sh ?

after i run it i am unable to set a root password. the keyboard becomes unresponsive unless i leave the field blank and press enter.

If i leave the fields blank i get an error on debian boot up but the screen scrolls so fast i cant really tell what it is and as soon as it sees the error it exits and reboots the phone.



any advice?

Hey guy,


I am using Android Development Phone (just upgraded to firmware 1.1), do I need to patch my firmware?

If possible, I would need to keep my existing firmware / configurations.

I know this sounds terribly dum but can anyone tell me if we will ever see warcraft 2 on our g1's. Some people dream of doom on their g1(which they got) but mines allways to see warcraft 2.

Ive seen it on a kaiser device, which i understand runs windows mobile and i also understand that the version of doom ported was written in java but is it possible in any way?

You should be aware that in any linux distribution the password field never shows any graphical signs that you have entered any keys, as apposed to an o/s such as windows which shows the * sign for each character.

If you type the password and press enter it is being inputted and saved.

But Now I wanna install in CupCake1.5,I don't know how could I do it for them.
