Skype has just released "Qik Video Connect for iPhone", which will help to make the video chat between IOS and Android.
Qik is a video streaming service between two phones via Internet. It can also record and upload videos directly onto the canvas. On an Android, the service is fully functional, whether 3G or WiFi but from now iOS was poorly supported. Only uploading videos was possible, not streaming. At last January at CES, Skype said it had bought Qik for $ 100 million. It did not take long for this union to bear fruit.
Qik will launch "Qik Video Connect for iPhone", which will both allow video chat (in both senses) and diffusion. By posting a link to your Facebook profile or Twitter, your friends will see you in real time. The interest is to use the solution for 3G, 4G and WiFi. The application is available as a plus for $ 2.99, which brings high definition video, adding effects and filters and a video editing tool
